
Kelly Schaber - Co-Founder | Strategic Fundraising & Impact Advisor
Kelly Schaber is a fundraising and growth advisor who helps nonprofits strengthen revenue, clarify messaging, and build systems that support long term impact. She brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial experience, behavioral insight, and strategic communications to every engagement.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in International Trade and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from the University of Texas at Austin. Her graduate work focused on understanding human behavior, motivation, and decision making, insight she now applies to donor engagement and fundraising strategy.
Before transitioning into the nonprofit sector, Kelly spent more than a decade as an entrepreneur, owning and operating a bespoke jewelry business in New York City’s Diamond District. That experience sharpened her skills in brand development, client relationships, and revenue growth.
Today, she partners with nonprofits of all sizes on fundraising strategy, grant writing, communications, media, marketing, and donor engagement. Her work is grounded in strong systems and brought to life through storytelling that highlights the real impact organizations make in their communities.

Jeremy Nelson - Co-Founder | Cinematographer
Currently based in Duluth, MN, Jeremy is a documentary filmmaker and freelance camera operator, working across the United States and internationally on feature documentary films, short films, and corporate videos. He has worked with non-profits such as Save Our Springs Alliance and Barton Springs University, as well as the President’s Award for Global Learning through the University of Texas at Austin.

Asma Alahiane - Strategic Partnerships & Growth Consultant

Asma, pronounced S-ma, holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations and brings more than 15 years of experience supporting leaders, families, and growing businesses. Her background spans event management, executive support, property management, and small business operations, where she is known for bringing structure, clarity, and steady follow-through to complex work.

In recent years, she has expanded into nonprofit and consulting work, supporting organizations with corporate partnerships, sponsorship outreach, event strategy, and communications. She has a genuine passion for helping people and mission-driven teams strengthen their foundations and tell their story in ways that build trust, connection, and long-term sustainability.

Kimberly Blas - Creative Director + Designer

Kimberly Blas is a dynamic and passionate creative professional with over a decade of experience in design, training, and development. She leverages her diverse expertise in creative design, instructional development, and social marketing to create meaningful impact.
With a strong foundation in graphic design, eLearning, marketing and communications, Kimberly has led creative direction and brand strategies for organizations, built engaging and accessible training experiences, and supported fundraising and donor engagement efforts. Her work is fueled be creativity, empathy, and a deep understanding of how design and storytelling can drive real change.
Over the years, she's had the joy of collaborating with passionate professionals, nonprofits, corporations, and universities across the country, always bringing purpose, creativity and strategy to every project. Whether she's crafting a campaign or building a training program, Kimberly's goal is to make things not just beautiful but impactful.
Kimberly studied Graphic Design at the International Academy of Design & Technology and Savannah College of Art & Design and holds a Distance Learning Certificate from the University of West Georgia. Her goal is to create, inspire, and grow — leaving a little piece of herself in everything she does. She's especially passionate about helping others find their personal style and ignite their inner creativity.

Jinn Nelson - Editor, Writer

Jinn is an author and video editor originally from Reno, Nevada. Currently based in Duluth, MN she published multiple written works before she discovered video editing as another form of storytelling. She specializes in documentary-style editing and brings a creative perspective to topics such as public art, mental health and meditation, tourism, and economic development. Her grasp of pacing, character, and emotion makes her a valued member of our creative production team.

Aaron Glemboski - Audio Mixer

Aaron is an Audio Engineer with nearly a decade of experience in music and film. Being active in both the film and music industry, he prioritizes telling the story and the emotional arc while still having a broad understanding on a technical level. He primarily focuses on documentaries and commercials and has mixed audio for multiple national broadcasts including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Kelly Clarkson Show, and Good Morning America.
